Terms & Conditions
Booking
To reserve, we require a max 40% deposit of the total amount of the stay, to be paid via Bank Transfer or Visa / Mastercard Credit Card. The balance will be paid on site.
Cancellation policies
Reservations canceled will be subject to penalties as follows:
1- The deposit will not be refunded;
2- No shows and early departures will be charged 100% of costs.
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered as cancellations
Reservations via Booking.com have penalties provided by Booking.
